Sendible vs Agorapulse: Flat Rate or Per Seat
Sendible sells workspaces and gives every plan unlimited users. Agorapulse sells seats and caps profiles at 10 until its unpriced Custom tier. For a four-person agency with 20 client profiles the two published models land $217 apart per month, by our arithmetic on the October 15, 2026 pages.
This article is a documentation review: it is based on the vendors' own published pages, checked on the date shown. We may earn a commission from some links; it never affects what we recommend.
These two tools chase the same buyer and price in opposite directions. Sendible sells workspaces at a flat monthly rate and states "unlimited users included on all plans". Agorapulse sells seats, starting at US$79 per user per month on annual billing, and caps social profiles at 10 on every priced tier. Which is cheaper depends almost entirely on whether your agency has more people or more client profiles. This comparison reads both pricing pages as checked on October 15, 2026, and shows the arithmetic.
The short answer
- Sendible is cheaper when the team is large and the profile count is moderate, because users cost nothing.
- Agorapulse is cheaper when one or two people run everything, because its entry seat is close to Sendible's Plus tier.
- Both figures below come from the vendors' own published pages, not from testing, quotes or sales calls.
Sendible prices the container, not the person
Sendible's page leads with "Unlimited users on all plans" and sells five tiers. Core is $35 per month with 1 workspace and 6 social profiles. Plus is $99 with 3 workspaces and 18 profiles.
Premium is $199 with 7 workspaces and 42 profiles. Elite is $299 with 15 workspaces and 90 profiles. Enterprise is $750 with 50 workspaces and 300 profiles.
The ratio is fixed: "Every additional workspace includes 6 new profiles." Sendible's answer to needing more profiles is a bigger plan, not a per-profile add-on.
A workspace is close to what Metricool calls a brand, and the two vendors price it very differently. We compared the brand unit against the seat unit in Metricool against Sprout Social.
Prices shown were with USD selected on the currency switch; the page also offers GBP and EUR. A yearly toggle is marked "Save 15%", so the annual equivalents are lower by our reading of that label.
Sendible also publishes something most competitors leave out: a hard daily send ceiling. Its table lists 100 sends per day per workspace on Core, 200 on Plus, 300 on Premium and 500 on both Elite and Enterprise.
That is a real constraint for multi-location brands, and it is separate from the caps the networks themselves impose. We set out the platform side in LinkedIn and X API limits for schedulers.

Agorapulse prices the person and sells profiles separately
Agorapulse lists Standard at "US $ 79" per user per month on annual billing and "US $ 99" monthly. Professional is US$119 and US$149. Advanced is US$149 and US$199. Custom is "Tailored Pricing".
The profile allowance does not move with the tier. Standard, Professional and Advanced all list 10 social profiles; only the unpriced Custom tier says Unlimited.
Extra profiles are a published add-on: "If you need more than your plan's limit, you can add extra profiles for $10 $15 /month each", the lower figure being the annual rate.
The page is also explicit about what counts. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn company pages and personal profiles, TikTok, X, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky and Google Business all count toward the limit.
Ad accounts, Google Analytics and third-party integrations do not. That is a cleaner definition than most pages give, and it is the kind of line we hunt for in how to read a social media tool pricing page.
Two features land on different rungs
Agorapulse puts the link in bio page behind its middle tier. The table lists "Link in bio tool (PulseLink in bio)" under Professional at US$119 per user per month, not under Standard.
Sendible puts white labelling behind money rather than a tier boundary. Its White Labelling row reads "Paid add-on" on Elite and Enterprise, and the page does not publish what that add-on costs.
Both publish AI differently too. Sendible lists "Unlimited AI credits" on its cheapest plan, while Agorapulse names an AI Writing Assistant and alt text generator without a volume figure.
Sendible's bulk tooling is the more generous on paper: smart queues run 10 per plan on Core, 30 on Plus, 70 on Premium and unlimited above. Agorapulse publishes a bulk scheduler of "up to 200 posts at once importing a .csv file".
A four-person agency with twenty client profiles
This is the case that separates the two models. The totals below are our arithmetic from the published monthly rates on October 15, 2026, before tax, and ignore feature differences entirely.
- Sendible Premium: $199 per month for 7 workspaces, 42 profiles and unlimited users. Twenty profiles fit with room spare.
- Sendible Plus: $99 per month for 3 workspaces and 18 profiles, which is two profiles short of the requirement.
- Agorapulse Standard annual: 4 seats at US$79 equals $316, plus 10 extra profiles at $10 equals $100, for $416 per month.
- Agorapulse Standard monthly: 4 seats at US$99 equals $396, plus 10 extra profiles at $15 equals $150, for $546 per month.
- Agorapulse Professional annual, the first tier with the bio page: 4 seats at US$119 plus $100 of profiles, for $576 per month.
So the published gap between Sendible Premium and Agorapulse Standard on annual billing is $217 per month at this shape of agency. Flip the shape and the answer flips with it.
One person managing 10 profiles pays US$79 per month on Agorapulse Standard and $99 on Sendible Plus, because Sendible Core's 6 profiles are not enough. That is a $20 monthly advantage to Agorapulse.
Choose one or the other
- Choose Sendible if your headcount is growing faster than your client list, or if clients and freelancers need logins.
- Choose Sendible if you need more than 10 profiles and do not want a per-profile line on the invoice.
- Choose Agorapulse if one or two people do the work and you value its inbox and moderation tooling.
- Choose Agorapulse if you need Bluesky and Pinterest in the same profile list, which its page names explicitly.
- Check Sendible's daily send cap first if you publish for many locations: 100 per workspace per day on Core is low.
Frequently asked questions
Is Sendible cheaper than Agorapulse?
For teams, usually. Sendible includes unlimited users on every plan, so a four-person agency on Premium pays $199 per month, while four Agorapulse Standard seats are US$316 per month on annual billing before extra profiles.
How many social profiles does Agorapulse include?
Ten on Standard, Professional and Advanced alike. Only the unpriced Custom tier lists unlimited profiles. Extra profiles cost $10 per month each on annual billing or $15 monthly.
Does Sendible really allow unlimited users?
That is what the page states on all five tiers, from Core at $35 per month to Enterprise at $750. What scales instead is workspaces and profiles, 6 profiles for every workspace added.
Does Sendible limit how many posts I can send?
Yes, by day and by workspace: 100 sends per day on Core, 200 on Plus, 300 on Premium and 500 on Elite and Enterprise, as published on October 15, 2026.
Which one has white label reports?
Sendible lists white labelling as a paid add-on on Elite and Enterprise, without publishing its price. Agorapulse lists branded report exports from Standard, but reserves its deepest reporting for Advanced and Custom.
Do either publish annual discounts?
Both do. Sendible's yearly toggle is labelled "Save 15%". Agorapulse shows annual and monthly pairs, such as US$79 against US$99 on Standard, which it summarises as "Save $240 /year".
Bottom line
Count your people and your client profiles separately, then pick the tool whose billing unit matches the smaller number. That single decision moves this bill by hundreds of dollars a month.
Neither page tells you what the work will actually be, and both reserve their best numbers for a sales call. The free tiers of other tools are a cheaper place to learn the workflow first, as compared in Buffer, Later and Hootsuite free plans.
Agencies that script their own posting instead meter runs rather than seats, which we costed in n8n Cloud against self-hosted and in Zapier tasks against Make credits.
