What a White Label Client Dashboard Costs in Social Tools
A white label client dashboard means your clients sign in to your brand, not the vendor's. Of the four tools checked, only Sendible and Vista Social sell that, both on their most expensive tiers. Agorapulse brands report exports instead, and Metricool keeps white label on an unpriced Custom plan. Figures read October 24, 2026.

A white label client dashboard means your clients sign in to your brand, not the vendor's. Only two of the four tools checked here sell that, and both put it on a top tier.
Sendible charges an extra fee on top of Elite or Enterprise. Vista Social includes the setup on its Scale plan. Agorapulse brands report exports only. Metricool lists white label on a Custom plan with no published price.
Every figure below comes from the vendors' own pricing and white label pages, read on October 24, 2026, before tax.
Sendible sells it as a paid add-on on two tiers
Sendible's feature comparison carries a row called White Labelling. It is blank for Core, Plus and Premium. For Elite and Enterprise the cell reads "Paid add-on" instead of a tick.
The plan cards price those five tiers at $35, $99, $199, $299 and $750 per month on monthly billing, with the USD switch selected. Yearly billing is labelled "Save 15%".
The pricing FAQ on the same page quotes a different pair of numbers. It says white labelling starts "at $349/month (USD) for Elite and $800/month (USD) for Enterprise".
Both readings sat on that page on October 24, 2026. By our subtraction the gap is $50 per month on either tier, which is the add-on fee in all but name.
What the fee buys is spelled out in the same FAQ: "custom domain login portals (e.g., social.yourbrand.com), branded email notifications, and fully customized client dashboards so your clients never see Sendible's name."
Agorapulse brands the report, not the dashboard
Agorapulse has a row labelled White-label reporting. Its tooltip is narrower than the label: "Export reports with your logo and brand colors."
That row is ticked on all four columns, priced at $79, $119 and $149 per user per month billed annually, plus a Custom tier quoted by sales.
So the cheapest branded output of the four is Agorapulse Standard at $79 per user per month. It is a document with your logo, not a portal a client signs into.
Sendible's own FAQ draws the same line, claiming rival tools "only allow you to add your logo on PDF exports". Against Agorapulse's published feature list, that description holds up.

Vista Social puts the setup on its Scale plan
Vista Social lists "White label setup" as a Scale feature, described in one line as "White label your reports and dashboard." The tier below, Advanced, does not list it at all.
Scale is $360 per month for 4 users and 70 social profiles, shown as "$4,310 billed yearly". Advanced is $160 for 3 users and 30 profiles. Professional is $80 for 2 users and 15 profiles.
The annual figures read $950, $1,910 and $4,310. By our arithmetic each one sits exactly $10 below twelve monthly payments, so the annual saving here is close to nothing.
No separate white label fee appears on the pricing page or on the dedicated white label page. The latter promises a custom domain "like social.yourcompany.com" with the SSL certificate handled by Vista Social.
One limit is published plainly. Its FAQ states that every network except X is supported on a white labelled dashboard, because X integration is permitted only on Vista Social's main domain.
Metricool keeps white label behind a sales call
Metricool shows White Label in exactly one place: the Custom plan column, beside "Dedicated account manager" and "Custom AI assistant credits". That column's price is "Let's talk!" with a Contact us button.
The three priced tiers are Free, Starter and Advanced. In annual USD, Starter is from $20 per month and Advanced from $53, rising to $159 per month for 50 brands.
Read the currency switch carefully, because the same page renders four separate price blocks and the monthly USD Advanced tier is $67, not $53. The same trap appears in how to read a social media tool pricing page.

Client access is not the same as white labelling
Sendible ticks Client Connect on all five tiers, including $35 Core. Its note says client users "will only ever have access to their own dashboards to be able to preview and approve content".
That is a permission scope, not a brand. The client still sees Sendible on the page. Buying a cheap tier because the feature list says "client dashboard" is the usual way to pay twice.
What a branded client portal costs today
- Sendible Elite: $299 per month on the plan card, or from $349 per month according to the white label FAQ on the same page.
- Sendible Enterprise: $750 per month on the card, or from $800 per month according to that FAQ.
- Vista Social Scale: $360 per month for 4 users, shown as $4,310 billed yearly, with no separate white label fee published.
- Agorapulse Standard: $79 per user per month billed annually, for branded report exports rather than a portal.
- Metricool Custom: no published price. Advanced, the tier below it, tops out at $159 per month for 50 brands in annual USD.
The number that matters is cost per client, not cost per month. Sendible Elite covers 15 workspaces and 90 social profiles, so a full 15-client agency pays roughly $23 per client at the card price.
Vista Social Scale covers 70 profiles across 4 users, and extra profiles are sold in blocks of ten. Agorapulse bills per user with 10 profiles each, a split we unpack in Sendible against Agorapulse on price.
Five questions to ask before you buy
- Is the white label a login portal on your domain, or only a logo on an exported report?
- Is it included in the tier price, or billed as an add-on on top of it?
- Which networks break on a custom domain? Vista Social names X as the exception.
- Do client reviewers need paid seats, or do they get a scoped login? See what counts as a channel in social tools.
- Does the branded tier also raise the inbox and analytics limits you need? Compare what a unified social inbox costs.
Frequently asked questions
What is the cheapest white label social media dashboard?
On published prices, Vista Social Scale at $360 per month for 4 users and 70 profiles, because the white label setup is listed in the tier rather than billed separately. Sendible Elite is $299 plus an add-on fee.
How much does Sendible white labelling cost?
Sendible does not print a standalone fee. Its feature table marks White Labelling as a paid add-on on Elite and Enterprise, and its FAQ says those plans start at $349 and $800 per month with it, against card prices of $299 and $750.
Does Agorapulse offer a white label dashboard?
Its pricing page offers White-label reporting, described as exporting reports with your logo and brand colors, on all four plans. No client login portal under your own domain appears on that page as of October 24, 2026.
Can I use my own domain for a social media tool?
Sendible and Vista Social both publish this. Sendible describes custom domain login portals such as social.yourbrand.com, and Vista Social says you can pick a custom domain and it will set up the SSL certificate.
Does Metricool publish a white label price?
No. White Label appears only in the Custom plan column, whose price reads "Let's talk!" with a Contact us button. The highest priced tier, Advanced for 50 brands, is $159 per month in annual USD.
Is a client dashboard the same as white label?
No. Sendible's Client Connect gives clients a scoped login on all five tiers including $35 Core, but the pages still carry Sendible's name. White labelling replaces that branding and costs extra.
Bottom line
Decide first whether you need a branded portal or a branded document. A document is $79 per user per month at Agorapulse. A portal starts in the $300 to $360 range and climbs from there.
Then check the second bill. Sendible prints two numbers for the same tier, and Metricool prints four price blocks on one page, so confirm the figure at checkout rather than on the marketing card.
For how these tiers compare on everything other than branding, see Metricool against Sprout Social on price and how far back social analytics go.
